 HOW OFTEN DO YOU THINK I SHOULD BE ACTIVE IN A WEEK?

This is a loaded Question. The answer is it depends. It depends on many factors. How long have you been active? what type of activity are you currently doing? how long have you been sedentary? what are your goals? what do you enjoy doing? How much time do you have towards exercise? Do you like exercise?

I suggest some sort of movement every day for at least 30 minutes. If you cannot do that than let's start with 5 or 15. Whatever it takes to get you to move more. For people that are more experienced

 WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF TRAINING WITH YOU?

You can pick a ready-made program, or I will look into movements that can benefit you the most and then design a training program accordingly.

“Let’s say you want to play Golf. Then I will make sure we work on rotational movements and perhaps work on posture issues to make sure you get that perfect swing.”

“Let’s say you want to do gardening, then we will look into movements such as lunging and lifting things off the ground.”

Before anything I will look into functions that each individual will need the most.

HOW QUICK CAN I SEE RESULTS?

You can expect to feel your results before you will see them! You will typically see improvements in your sleep, mood, and energy levels in about 2-3weeks. While it may take longer for changes in body image take longer, the more consistent you are, the sooner your results will come!

WHY CAN'T I JUST DO CARDIO?

While cardio is great for building your heart and lungs, it does not provide enough stimulus for your muscles to change!

That is fine! Our workout plans are designed by personal trainers and have videos with each exercise to teach you how to perform them!

What would you like to eat?

If I told you what I believe you should eat do you think this is something that you could follow? If you told me what you would like to eat, we can look at this together and perhaps come up with a solution. Something that works for you and your lifestyle.

More importantly my nutrition coaching is habit based. This is something which will work for you long term.

I will help you overcome any obstacle that may arise. We will simply modify your program or offer new solutions. I will help you weed out all the non-sense and simply stick to the basics. I hope to have the opportunity to help you transform your body and life forever
