QUARTERLY

The big question. What's included? What do I get for my Money? Why should I pay you?

You get help. I will help you and guide you through your fitness journey. You make an investment in yourself. You get to feel better, move better, and have less body mass.

After 12 weeks if you aren't feeling better or think you made a mistake. I will refund your money, no questions asked. I want you to be happy, healthy and satisfied. Then I want you to tell all your friends and family who helped you!

You can message me anytime day or night. I will get back to you as soon as I can. Most definitely within 24 hours.

We will have a  zoom consultation. We will go over where you need to start and what you can expect to achieve in the next 12 weeks. As well as how to use the app.

I will personalize three 4-week workouts just for you and your specific goals.

I will provide you with the nutritional information you need to  begin  making  better more informed choices for yourself.

I will always be there to help you and guide you through the constant maze of nutrition and fitness. I will also hold you accountable so that you can achieve your goals in a timely fashion. The idea is for you to learn and change so that you can be free from the bondage of dieting.

Everything will go through my workout app. You will have constant access for  everything you need to be successful. There is a demonstration of the app

I started my journey like so many others. Extremely overweight feeling like I could never get back to normal. I finally made a decision to help myself. I struggled until I hired a coach. Today more than 50 pounds lighter. My waist has gone from 51" to 36". Needless to say, my bodyfat percentage is much better now.  I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a Student of the Precision Nutrition Certification Program.
